🇩🇰Real talk… after 6 years Danish food is still growing on me. My husband thinks my full conversion from an American to a Dane will not be complete until I appreciate Danish food more. AKA rye bread (rugbrød), liver patte, fermented salted fish, red kale, etc. For today’s lunch we had a Danish speciality: smørrebrød (various open face sandwiches).
