🇩🇰Real talk… after 6 years Danish food is still growing on me. My husband thinks my full conversion from an American to a Dane will not be complete until I appreciate Danish food more. AKA rye bread (rugbrød), liver patte, fermented salted fish, red kale, etc. For today’s lunch we had a Danish speciality: smørrebrød (various open face sandwiches). I apparently committed a cardinal sin by picking the nutty rye bread off… one day I will get there 😂Until then, I’m happy in my middle land of Danica! #daneintraining #denmark #expatlife https://ift.tt/2MTba8l
